Do you mean ISO or shutter speed, because shutter speed don't effect flash exposure.

Shutter speed. 6D max sync speed is 1/180s.

I believe the "Flashpoint" badged version is on sale at Adorama right now at a hefty savings from their regular pricing. Just saying.

Got mine from Adorama today. Tested the battery and all seems well. *knock on wood*

First post on POTN :)

Currently, I'm in Southeast Asia and the 360 (under the Godox Wistro brand) has been deeply discounted to around US$350. I've never seen it sold at this price before. Something might be brewing and they're trying to clear stock? Just my own speculation here so take it with a grain of salt :)

I this is soc, went to a car show and placed my new 622n on camera and cl-360 on top of that and walked around to see if I could get any keepers. The 360 was in hss mode for this shot. Broke my light stand somehow so I had to John Wayne it all day..

After reading about the Godox RS600P on Flash Havoc I am thinking about getting a second AD360. It is just not a that new development as I was expecting that Edward mentioned a while ago.

It looks that this shop has the RS-400P and RS-600P in stock:

Going to get me a second AD360 this week.

Is the external battery required to fire this light? Does it have an option for internal batteries in the event I want to be more portable and less tethered?

You need the external battery, but you can hook it to your belt (which is what I'd do). Works well that way.

Hi
I'm new too this forum but have been reading a great deal of the information here before I invested in 4 Gf400s and accessories. I received all the kit today and have been testing it out at different powers, checking out colour rendition etc and all seemed fine. However I came to test the number of continuous full power flashes to see just how many I would get before the overheat warning cut in. I got to 24 flashes and then then the recycling lengthened but no overheat symbol, so ain't fired a couple more times and it stopped firing, there was a burning smell and smoke coming out of one of the sockets.
I repeated this exercise with the same head but different battery pack and got 17 flashes before the same thing happened. I gave it one more go with another head and lead and one more battery and the same thing happened after just 7 flashes.
I'm certainly not happy and am thinking of returning all the kit as it's really blown my confidence in it. I haven't found any really negative comments reading these flashes and I did a stack of research, including reading most of this thread, before I purchased them.
Has anyone had or know of anyone whose had a similar problem. Or has anyone come across a bad batch of battery packs.

I'm able to get 50+ consecutive full pops out of each of my battery packs with a single 360 connected.

Thats what I was expecting, and even if it was less I expected to get the overheat warning and a slower recycle not smoke pouring out of the socket.

Picked up a couple of 360's last week. So far they have been great. Got to grab another bag just to transport them. Before I buy a bag I am curious to know what everyone is using to carry these around in.

Way too much stuff:p

You need to send them back and go to Cheetahstand.com. I have never heard of smoke coming out of any of them!
