I set it full power it had to change black appliances to white. The 360 was about 1/8 power. Both units were bare no reflectors or modifiers.

Nice Scott. How tight were the walls around the subject. Looks like lots of nice fill from the bare bulb bounce. Any color balance challenges?

I left my 360 charger in another state and wanted to you it for a wedding this sunday. Could I just run to radioshack and use a universal ac adapter?

I believe the 360 charger has circuitry in it to drop the charge rate when the battery is fully charged to avoid overcharging. One thing that can have dangerous consequences is overcharging a Lithium Polymer battery like the 360 battery. I wouldn't risk it. Maybe Edward at Cheetahstand will see your post and respond. Or you might want to call him tomorrow and see what he suggests.

After talking with you, ED and Jesus today, I took a nap and figured out how to mount them a lot fast and simpler. Hence the chrome locking ring.

Scott,
The gel set is a great idea. They will work well with the S bracket inside a modifier as well.
Looks like only two straw or CTO options. Any plans on providing a collection of CTOs from 1/8th to full?

Here what I found out using lower CTOs on a strobe or flash that is less then a full CTO the gels get washed out at the outputs I use. Plus getting the CTO mix would be to hard to keep consistent to make.

So I bought an AD360 from Eachshot. The battery only lasts for about 140 full power pops. I've sent them three emails concerning this and have not got a reply, other than their stock "we got your email" message. Anyone else having issues with Eachshot?

Sorry to hear, but just another example of why buying from Ed is worth the slightly higher cost.
