Playing around today, saw some images like this on 500px and thought I'd give it a go.
First one shot tethered - only lightsource is the LCD monitor behind the glass.

Because I was shooting tethered, the review image came up on the second monitor - the monitor I'm using for a lightsource.
When I looked through the viewfinder - I saw this...
