Can the rebel XT accept 4GB CF card or larger capacity card? I checked the canon website but there is no spec regarding this feature.

In theory the limit is the maximum size you can address with the FAT32 File System, which is 127GB, so there should be no problems with a 4GB card. Peter Lowden.
