Great shots Mike are those Mallards or are they cross breeds of some sort, talking bout #3 and #6.

Thank you very much Brad! I think these were all with the 300 2.8L by itself, and the 100-400L. I've been using a Canon 2x mkIII too, but didn't need the reach on these.

Thank you Andrew! I'm guessing Mallard hybrids, what they're crossed with I have no idea. There were a few Black Ducks in the area too, but these don't look like any of the Mallard/Black Duck hybrids I'd seen before. I think the white one is a female, and might be a Mallard/Domestic Duck cross, but that's just a guess, there weren't any domestics around when I took these. I just thought they looked kind of distinctive so I took a few shots of them.
