Kings Canyon, Buck Rock Lookout

This is a fire lookout that overlooks Kings Canyon National Park. I have been up in the lookout and it is not for the faint of heart. I had to shoot this through a couple of pine trees.
This was my first real outing with my Tamron 1.4X TC on my 70-300 DO. The first photo is straight from the camera while the second is a 1:1 crop and has been straightened and sharpened with Picasa2.
