This is one of my Angels I work around, she has her wing folded up so she can fit into the hangar. Home base for the Angel are NAS Pensacola, Florida. The light in the hangar was difficult to work with.

No, I was standing on the ground, the height I got was with the tri-pod at it's max height. I did crop a lot of the hangar ceiling out, I felt it was too distracting. Thanks for your comment Bruce :)

Great shot... My son is just down the road from you at Hurlburt Field. He's in the USAF. He's an aircraft electrician on the AC130U gunship.

The Blue Angels are the best flying team in the world. Hands down...

This is a retired Navy Blue Angel. That's why no engines :) It sits in the hangar of NATTC NDI Lab School. I'm and Aircraft Mechanic for over 20 yrs. and I work for all the training schools. Thanks for all the nice comments.

Here is a shot from the Willow Grove,PA air show last summer.I had to crop the shot bigtime to make it look somewhat decent. These guys are hard to keep in the viewfinder because they fly too fast for me to keep up with them!I was also too busy whipping my head around 360 degrees as they flew about 300 feet above me.It was cool seeing the pilots yellow hemet as he was banking a turn.Too bad that was the last airshow because Rumsfield shut our base down.
