Newbie Questions Regarding Avenger C-Stand + Beauty Dish

I'm going to buy my first lighting gear and I think I'd like to use a BD as my first modifier.

Depending on my budget, I'll either buy a Kacey 22" BD or a Mola Setti 28" BD.

I'm interested primarily in Avenger stands.

I think the Avenger A2030D 9.8' Turtle Base C-Stand Grip Arm Kit would work well, but I'd like to verify with all of you first. BH LINK
