It happens when i switch to manual on my sigma or when i use any of the m42's with the confirm chip. I feel like this is a new issue because I cant remember it acting this way when first got this sigma or the adaptor with the chip. It's just annoying that it busts off a round with out me even pressing the shutter all the way.
