I don't know what you are trying to convey.

Looks like some kind of sports hall is that relevant, did you desaturate the background - why?

Sorry, I hate to sound negative and I hope this doesn't come across as harsh, but I don't know that I would have selected this one as a keeper.

I'm not a big fan of the blur on her raised foot. It's enough to be very visible, yet not enough to convey a sense of real movement. Is that what you were trying to show?

I have no knowledge of dance, so it's possible the position she's in is some incredible dance accomplishment. However, to my dance layman's eye, it's not very interesting.

As PP mentioned, the painted lines on the floor are distracting. If I were going to put any effort into this photo, I think I'd try to clone those out.

Composition is OK, and the color looks good. And the selective color looks well done (if there is such a thing).

Your shutter speed was a bit to slow as shown by the blur of her right foot.
