I have been wanting to take a panorama of NYC and frame it to go over my TV for a while now, so I finally went out and took the shot. It came out fairly well, but now I need a little advice on cropping.
I like how everything looks and I would hate to crop things out if I don't have to. So is there a way to in PS to adjust the size of my photo to fit a normal pano size? Also, what size would you suggest I go for? I was thinking 5ft by 12in or so.
In addition, I am aware of the PS-->image size--> punch in new size parameters, but when I lower the length down to 60in (5ft) the height knocks down to 8in or so, which I think is far too skinny. Unfortunately I am at work and wont be able to post the photo for a while, but when I get home I will post it as a reference.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Mike

Edit: So I think the image is too large to be posted, hence the flickr link. Thanks for any advice.
