Filters (Cokin P setup)

I bought my filters back in 2007 and can't remember where I got them from. All I know is I use the Cokin P setup with Hitech filters.

Since that was so many years ago, what are my options nowadays? All I need are filters and maybe the part that mounts to the lens (not the part that holds the filters). I went with Hitech then as they seemed to be good and didn't break the bank. I've got I think a .3 stop gnd and nd. I'm looking to go darker now, not really sure how dark though.

So where do you recommend?

Where to buy? Amazon and BH carry the adapter rings as well as filters. I'm sure Adorama has them, too. They're not exactly obscure or hard to find items.

Did you not think? I checked B& H and their prices didn't seem to good for Hitech. I didn't check other brands as I didn't have much time last night which is why I was asking on here.

I was also wondering if there were some other brands that were good without costing a lot.
