A couple more from Sabah. The first is a Trilobite beetle and the second is a spider of some sort.

shame you didn't get more in focus but still a very interesting beetle. Spider is some sp. of Jumping spider.

Thanks. The weather conditions were not great, as in raining so I was a bit rushed with the first. Agree that the focus is not great however I thought that I had a had never seen one of these before it may be of interest.

I didn't know beetles were multi-sectioned like that. Is it really a beetle or is it one of those guys that the common name is misleading.

Accoding to Wikipaedia, it is a beetle, but the female stays in the larval form.

Both are great. I've never heard of a Trilobite Beetle - that thing is cool.
