Ah well, we'll agree to differ. But even if you, in you lofty superiority, don't think the image qualifies for a 'decisive moment', you might just want to acknowledge the determination and courage of the photographer. But then again, given your tone, probably not.

Ican't speak for Bresson - more for quieter street scenes I think - but I believe Robert Capra would appreciate it were he still with us; more his style of coverage.

I don't know that I would call it decisive, but it certainly captures an incredible moment, with people that you can see fleeing through the destruction. A horrible moment..... frozen.
