I want to buy one for my 24-70II to explore into long shutter speed photography during the day.. you know, waterfalls and such.. which filter do you guys recommend? 82mm thread ofcourse.
Are lee big stoppers the best? whats the best bang for buck?

And with a 4x4 system you don't have to worry about screwing in a 10-stop filter and being blind without unscrewing. With a 4x4 you just snap off the holder, focus, compose, fiddle, and snap back on. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. To answer the OP's question, yes, the BIG Stopper is probably the best. Though, with Hitech's recent change to their formula the difference isn't as dramatic as it used to be. Bang for the buck, check out Hitech's 10-stop Prostop 4x4. Which also has the advantage of actually be found on shelves.
