Just loaded the 203 firmware on my 20d. What extra settings has it? Also is this the latest firmware download? Thanks in advance!

If you have specific issues and an upgrade addresses them, then upgrade. If you are having no problems... don't fix what isn't broken. ~John

Although I haven't see Canon do it yet, staying on old firmware can cause you to update twice when you finally want to update.
