Hello all, I haven't posted in a while. I've been out in the field taking photos. Here are several images from recent outings. Thanks for looking.

Rough-legged Hawk with a fresh kill. A first for me. Not normally seen in our area.

Red-headed Woodpecker (immature), Also a first for me.

Dark-eyed Junco

Orange-crowned Warbler

Mockingbird

GBH's

Wilson's Snipe

Thanks a lot Bret, The Rough-legged sure was a surprise to see. I'll have to go back sometime and see if he/she is still hanging around.

Great variety pack there, Brad, with some real interesting ones, like the Snipe, but I agree the Rough Legged Hawk is a keeper!

Thanks Ian, The Hawk was a real treat to see. It was also interesting watching the Snipe probing the ground searching for food. The image is full frame.
