Has anyone else used this CS2 plug-in (external link)? I downloaded it the other day and have used it a few times. I'm not a CS2 expert by no means and probably could have figured out how to blur images in various ways in CS2, but this plug does it all for you in one simple step (various grades, formats - horizontal, vertical, circular, etc.)

I don't have a shot to post at the moment, but I'd be interested to see what others have done with this plug-in. One shot I have is from xmas of my wife, daugher and I. Our heads are closer together and there's a circular blur around us with our heads in the middle, in focus and very sharp. It made a very nice picture that much better.

I think I would just use a channel and create the blur based on that, as opposed to using a plugin. It's basically the same technique when using as depth of field on a lens blur.
