I currently have the HP Pavilion Elite HPE-350t and im looking to do some minor upgrades to it. Im not to familiar with building computers so i need some help. Everything in it is stock right now but im looking to add 16gb memory, SSD, maybe another HD and possibly a better graphics card. Can anyone steer me in the right direction on to which parts will be able to go in my PC. I want good parts so if i have to slowly buy the parts thats what im going to do. I use this PC for LR/PS but also like to edit video clips in Sony Vegas. Thx for your help. If you have any other odeas on what the upgrade please let me know.

Depending on what configuration you had, based on what I can see on the web:

- 4 memory slots available, how many are used and what size?
- The chassis looks like there is room for 1-2 more 3.5" sized drives, so an SSD is not issue.
- PCI Express x16 - one slot, PCI Express x1 - 3 slots, again depending on what yours came with, you have the right PCI E x16 for a graphics card
- what I can't tell is whether or not your Power Supply could support the replacement of the current card (if there is one) or an upgrade to it.

Post the specs of what it has in it currently.

Stock systems tend to skimp on Power Supplies.
If you upgrade your graphic card, make sure you get a PSU that can handle your upgraded system.

If you are not able to tell what components make up the computer, are you sure you are going to be able to handle upgrading it?
