No Street Photography sub-forum?

If there's a macro, wildlife, wedding and sport sub-forums, there should be one for Street.

Now everything is spread over the place and not very easy to find...

Anyone know why?

It's combined with the travel sub-forum. Don't know if there is enough interest to sustain its own forum.

street photography is normally in cities and of people, so take your pick.

A good 1/4 of flickr is Street Photography. It's more of a hobbyist thing I admit but it's a lot more in the spirit than money making shootings if you ask me.

To clarify, interest on POTN, in particular, as opposed to, for example, Rangefinderforum.com.

Still, I feel we miss something here. It feel like Street Photography was confounded with touristic pictures.

Actually, I was surprised about this as well, when first stepped in.

"Travel" makes such a non-sense to be together with street photography.

Given the recent extended discussion on street photography in the lens section, of all places, I suppose it might be time for a sub-forum.

Street photography is not confined to travel or for that matter, cities.

I think it is! Any mod watching this?

I actually wrote to mods on this matter about a week ago. No nay or yay received.
