Yes, a great image, very nicely done.

But, why all the amazement about it being handheld? That shot is taken in direct sunlight, no different to shooting any subject in daylight. Even at a low 200 ISO, the moon only needs around 1/400th at f/8 and the OP has an IS lens, so 1/400th should be more than fast enough for handheld shots at 400mm.
