I am trying to figure out which bag will work as a carry on bag and fit under the seat in front of you in the airplane. Has anyone ever carry on a Lowepro Fastpack Video 250AW or Video 350AW backpack on an airplane? I would like to carry one camera with lens, battery charger, book, maps and some personal belongings when I travel.

That bag will fit under most seats. The bag is 13W X 9.8D X 18.7H, and as you can see here, that works for any major airline, other then United.

Thank you. It looks like it may also work with the Fastpack Video 350AW.

I don't have a Fastpack, but I did travel with a Flipside 300, and it went under the seat with no problems.

I've carried on, even on small regional airlines, my big lowepro backpack. I'm sure the bag you mention would not be a problem.
