Quick overview of my on-camera flash setup for weddings

Its the off season and I have a little too much time on my hands. Put together a quick overview of the flash setup I use for weddings. It mainly focuses on on-camera use... and the ability to flag, push and bounce light. I primarily use this setup during bridal prep and the receptions. Hardly ever use a flash during the ceremony.

Most of all, I'm trying to get more comfortable with being on video and hearing my recorded voice. Feedback is appreciate :)

good introductory video, actual photo examples using a foam bounce attachment would be helpful
