Hi there guys, a bit of a problem and hope someone here can assist.

To date, I have been using my canon camera with the TT1 mounted on the HS (C1) and then my flashguns mounted on the TT5 using the same channel. This has always worked when firing the off camera flashes.

I tend to do a lot of photography where there can sometime be little light and the camera struggles to focus.

I was advised that the ST-E2 can be used for focus assist.

I am not using IR to control my flashes as I have the PW's, but purely using the ST-E2 for focus assist.

The setup for the flashes is the same, but in the camera, I have the TT1 mounted on the HS and then the ST-E2 on top pf the TT1. when taking a photo, the flashguns are not firing. The pockets wizards are all on the same channel and the ST-E2 ia also on channel 1.

Any ideas why I have no flashing when mounting the ST on top of the TT1?

Any advise would be much appreciated guys
