This little fella was feeding out of my husband's hand this morning! I loved how the wind ruffled up his feathers. What do you guys think of it?

Beautiful! Well done. I've had luck with chickadees feeding from my hand, but nuthatches have been very wary.

We were actually in the woods... the birds are pretty used to people and often eat out of hands around here. Last time he even had a downy woodpecker eating from his hand!

Really nice shot! I can't really think of much in the way of improvers - I love the narrow DOF, the exposure is good and the composition very good. the little flecks of snow really help it too in my opinion. The only thing I can think that might improve it is to make your husband's hand darker - it's a large part of the image and quite light so my attention keeps going back to it instead of the bird....
