If you look carefully you can just make out the outline of the letters, although having seen it at 100% probably makes me invent details in the smaller version :)

I didn't have my camera with me but at a convenience store the other day there was a claw game with the sign "50 cents per play. 2 for $1.00" What a deal!

The joke is that some people actually were issued with infringement notices for disobeying the "No Stopping" sign while complying with the "Stop" sign.
