What's your favorite camera strap? I'm looking to upgrade the oem strap. A sling strap looks handy.
One of my bigger questions is, would I want to hand a DSLR from a strap that incorporates a plastic snap-connector? My gut says no way.

I'm sure someone will say theirs would come apart, but it was either defective or they didn't have it together. If you are worried just use a velcro strip wrapped in there.

Feb 09, 2013 11:46 | #12 I've tried other straps, but I've always come back the original. I never have a strap around my neck, rather I wrap the strap around my forearm/wrist which keeps it out of the way and keeps my camera safe in the rare event I would lose hold of it. I did go with a handstrap on my 50D for a while which was really nice, however I again returned to the original strap for the arm wrap thing.
