this year i think i will treat myself to a new travel tripod!

I have a Benro Travel Angel that has worked pretty well for me, but am starting to think I could benefit from one that is a little sturdier for day-to-day work. If that happens, at least my Benro will become my travel tripod instead of my primary tripod.

I also have the Gorilla DSLR flexible tripod. I have only used it 2-3 times, but just one of those times alone paid for it. Just saying it's an option for a travel tripod.

The year my daughter and SIL bought their house, she could have bought me a 500 prime. Unfortunately they had other priorities.

I want to hear more about this 6-8% return on investment. Like other people, my saving account pays cents to every $5000.
