I peeked at your exif data:

If you want more of it in focus, you need to use a higher f/ than 5.6.
To me f/11 is optimum, but you're already at a low shutterspeed (1/25), so, assuming you're shooting handheld, you'd have to use a higher ISO.

Unfortunately, it's all a trade-off; I'm not sure what the noise level of your camera is like at 800 or 1600.
