Can't seem to decided between the two.

*Used* Canon 35mm 1.4L or 2x Canon speedlite 600ex-rt?

I could use another fast glass, but then again I do a lot of OFC lighting as well. I know everybody shoots differently but I would love to see your choice and opinion.

Added.

I figure a used 35L goes for around $1050 and two 600ex-rt goes for around the same price. Which one would you get and why?

Definitely! Both lens do cover 35mm just fine, but only at 2.8. It would be nice to have something faster then 2.8 at 35mm at times. But really I'm leaning towards the two flashes already before I posted this thread. I just want opinions. :)

I think I know how you're feeling kousupra. I too long for a faster lens in the wider range, 24 or 35. Looks like you could still manage by picking up the 35 since you already have a 600ex-rt and several Alienbees to work with?

I don't shoot that high unless I have too. 128K isn't useable to clients. At least to my standard. Unless I'm shooting for fun.

I'm going to pick up another 35L *had one but sold it* later on for sure. I have a few session coming up soon and I'm only able to pick up one of these due to my finance. So far it looks like I'm going to be picking up a pair of flash first according to the poll. hehe

With your gear list, I would go for the flashes, and if you want a 35, pick up the Sigma later.

As sharp as the sigma is. I'm just a stubborn canon fanboy. I'll probably get the flashes now and wait for the canon 35L II when canon release it. hehe
