I like the first one, nice capture.

Number two seems a little over exposed to me and doesnt really do much for me. I think number one has the edge composition wise also.

Nice photos.
Would a Tilt/Shift Lens work better for shots like these?

Shot number one does it for me, I like the composition. I think you might lose the scale of the tower were you to use a T&S lens!

The first is outstanding, but the second is way over-exposed.

Ah! Paris, my home town...
I love this city and miss it so much!

First one is nice, although you cut one leg. The second one is indeed overexposed.

Just FYI, you can't make any commercial use of a picture of the Tour Eiffel by night. The lighting is patented. It's good to know! ;)

I know i cut one leg, but i can't shot from where i want because the police closed some zone (it was shoted on 31th of december) ad the zoom was at 18mm and i cant open it up more.

I don't know that the light is patented, good to know.

Bye

I've used the "18-55" kit lenses hand helded. The second one was taken in a different moment. Every 30 minutes the tour eiffell start blink for some minutes and it was quite more diffuclt to take the second one with the blinking light than the first one.
