I am looking for a good online CRM to manage my photography business. I run a virtual operation with a sales and marketing person working remotely from her home. I need for her to be able to access contacts and leads, add new contacts and opportunities, track communications, book assignments through a shared calendar, and basically be able to book business and manage customers while I concentrate on the photography. Any suggestions?

It may be overkill but Sugar CRM is one of the popular CRM systems out there:

Don't worry about all the pricing/editions stuff. There's a community edition that you can use, you just won't get any support for it:
