Adobe premiere question

I've just done some filming with a custom colour profile in my canon 5dmk2, nothing crazy just lower sharpness and contrast.

However when the footage is in Premiere I can see the lower contrast for a split second then it reverts to standard contrast.

Any reasons?

Canon 5D MKII
Canon 24-70mm f2.8L
Canon 70-200mm f2.8L IS
Canon 85mm 1.8
