i am off abroad for a whole month soon and i have a dell xps laptop with a 120gb ssd hdd and a 1tb portable hdd.
Gear i have is on my sig plus a 16-35L
What is a good workflow for LR4? shall i preload and dump all my catalogue library of pics on my portable hdd?
will it be slow to access and PP etc?
i only have about 20gb space on my laptop hdd as its filled with a few bits and bobs.
i will also bring a mechanical 3.5 hdd for backup purposes as well. thoughts?
i will be away from my main desktop pc for a month.
i want to do some basic editing. nothing too taxing and want to catalougue and mark the good pics i wish to post/edit extensively.
