This little guy wants to celebrate the Super Bowl, but its not sure its from Baltimore? What do you think?

My gut says its not a Baltimore Oriole, but I cannot come up with anything else. Looks a little like a Audobon's or a Scott's Oriole, but this photo was take in Northern Ohio (during the spring migration) several thousand miles from their home turf.

So is it a yellow Baltimore, or something else?

Don't know the bird but looks like it will give an awesome pose in a clearer environment, colorful..
Is it very shy? always hiding?
