Hey all. I have my 60d all packed with my flash (which i never use) efs lenses my nifty fifty and my tamron 17 50 lens ready to send to a buyer willing to pay 2000us for it all (pictured below). If i sell it i will be getting a 6d to replace it. ive decided with the 6d because its cheaper than the 5d mkIII and also i really look forward to taking decent pictures at higher ISOs than what i can now. the issue is though, that due to living far from civilization, i would send off my camera tomorrow and only be able to get my new 6d end of march or early april. in the meantime i will have my wife's g12 to take pictures with.

Would you go so long without a dslr to upgrade like this? or would you wait maybe 6-8 months until you could do it with less time without a dslr?
I have it all packed but im dying inside with the thought of sending it away...

Wow you made out like gold. That's only a ~1200 dollar setup.
