Nice shots Larry! My wife and I shot those cabins back during the week of thanksgiving. It was a great experience for my wife. We think her Grandfather was one of the CCC that built those cabins. It's a great view looking out those windows. I wouldn't want to stay there in the summer though... ;-)a

Nice shots. I would like to visit there someday. (But probably stay in different accomadations!)

For some reason it looks like I might wake up with a back ache. I could only imagine showing my wife these photo's and telling her she's going there on vacation.

Yes, the view is spectacular.. It would be interesting to know how many people actually stopped over and spent the night there when they were active... Summer temperatures would be brutal...

People see these and other shots of Valley of Fire and think that some color manipulation was done... hard to convince them how red the rocks actually are... :cool:
