Was CDS talking about the Sunrise boat trip, or the 'copter trip? The way I read it was the boat ride to the islands...

Will get in contact with him tonight. And forward off information. Seating may change based on our availability. I know most of my weekends are booked, but since it's somewhat late, i'm sure there are a few dates that will do.

Yes, please let us know about dates ASAP, just in case a particular date removes someone from the list.

Well, discounting July 4th weekend, I am free all July, and most of August (not the 1st or 2nd weekend due to a mid-week wedding anniversary, and who knows where I'll end up). Other than that, I am free, even midweek too, should you decide on some late after-work afternoon flying.

ok just got off the phone with him. We knew to avoid the july 4th weekend :) Won't work for just about everyone.

So the dates we have are

July 18th, 19th and 26th.

Anyone in the list have an adversion to these dates? We'll probably try to do both runs on the same day. Unless scehdules dictates otherwise.

I'm good for the earlier dates, but the 26th may be a problem for me.
I have a big project starting the end of July at work..
