My new Epson 3880 arrived at 2:30PM and I just dropped the completed (and recorded in duplicate) forms into the mailbox (3:10PM). This from someone who still has UPC cutouts and un-mailed forms for the 20D, all kinds of canon lenses, and missed opportunities! Don LaVange
