FNumber - 5.60 ExposureProgram - Shutter priority ISOSpeedRatings - 200 FocalLength - 260 mm  FNumber - 5 ExposureProgram - Shutter priority ISOSpeedRatings - 200 FocalLength - 190 mm I used a tripod mounted Canon 40D with Canon 70-300mm lens for these images. I just noticed my mistake in the first image - 2sec exposure. That would certainly explain the poor quality. I am wondering if any members are planning on any shooting of the eclipse. If so, what are the preperations like and if there are any tips they can share. I can think of the usual: * Far from the city lights * Clear horizon * Sturdy tripod * A decent long reach lens Any recommended spots for night shooting north of Boston?
