Nope. Found a local 32gb for $425 used but well kept. :D

PotN pulls through!

Nice, Jeremiah...

Now try this with your DSLR:

But then if you thought that was good, take a gander at this one:

That's pretty tight. I use After Effects at work but that Twixor plugin is sweet, never had that before. I have a problem shooting with the 7D because it has no AF once the shutter is open. It is so slow and "stepped", they really need to fix that on future updates. Also, I wish there was some kind of internal IS system when shooting video, could help out with photos too.

I like the manual focus but it can be tough to nail down on a 3" screen. I would need to get a focus follow setup and a hood for the screen to try and be serious with it. In the second video, I think the rain was composited in afterwards, it is too spherical and even looking. It could be real but i think it probably isn't. Cool effect though.

you'll have to make an app, so you can hook up your camera to the ipad, and view it on the screen as you record - assuming you are using a tripod :D

even if there's a app for it. There is no cables that can connect the camera to the ipad. Apple is pretty proprietary when it comes to their connections. I bought the USB connector for the ipad, just so I can plug my card reader to it. It reads the memory fine, but won't read the damn flash drive I plug into.

They make it, but the camera has to either have the WiFi grip or be tied to a computer

Because the iPad has no file structure access, it would be a really sweet monitor though. Once I get an iPad, I'm going to grab a crappy little netbook and tether it and a small bracket to my tripod so i can go wireless.

You can read a flash drive in an ipad just fine, if you Jailbreak the device, use iFile to access the folder.

Enjoy. I will enjoy tomorrow!

Sweet. If you have any questions about your iPad hit me up. I've had mine since December. I love it, though it doesn't get enough usage. Get the photog. contract app!

Well maybe some home cooking is what the Sox need, but I can say for sure that Fenway is ready. I got to participate in the practice for tomorrow's festivities today. Great time and I have to say the new scoreboard is very impressive.

Again, a huge thanks to Brendan, the studio was great and I would not have been able to take these shots without your lighting.
