Saving JPEG i Elements 4

When i want to save my photos in JPEG format - fron PSD for ex. - i get a option like this .
Format option.

Basicline ( standard )
Basicline Optimized
Progresive

Can anyone tell me wich one too use and why ?

Baseline should already be selected, and that's what I've always used. If there is a compatibility problem using one of the others, I would be surprised. My guess is that the others may be a bit more efficient at the expense of slightly longer processing times.

Baseline is standard, and quick to save. Optimized will save a little bit (1-10%) at a cost of a slightly longer saving time. Progressive displays the JPG showing it getting a little bit more detailed as it downloads. Basically it shows the entire image, but at 1/4 the quality. The another 1/4 quality get sent, and another... Good for dial-ups, but adds to the file size.

Generally speaking Baseline Optimized is your best bet.
