LicenseStream used to do this. I had a website there for a yearly fee, where I could post watermarked thumbnails of photos, and where clients could insert term of use, method of use, etc., for a photo, and the site would calculate a license fee to be paid to me per photo use.

LicenseStream has closed down. Are there other sites which do the same thing?
