The Vols (surprisingly) dominated the Wildcats earlier today in front of a crowd of 21,000. The baseline was packed so I did a lot of drifting around with a 400/2.8. Also put up a overhead remote (Nikon D700 and 300/4). C&C welcome.

Always love your overhead remotes.
I know you'd be cropping out a players arm, but i think 2 & 3 would look cleaner if they were cropped just before the cbs sports stickers.

I too really like the crowd shot, I'm surprised to see the fan colors so balanced. It's not heavy on TEN even as a home game.

The overhead shots look great too.

thanks everybody.

RickyH, UK fans travel well to Knoxville for basketball, plus there's a decent UK following (at least for basketball) here in TN.

edit: ESPN is showing the same play as 2&3 from the shot clock camera (you can see it in my shots) on sportscenter. My goal is to get a remote camera up there... love that angle.

As a massive UK fan these pictures are excruciatingly painful to look at.

Awesome work though. Like everybody else I love the overhead.

I appreciate you taking a look despite the pain. :) I think Coach Cal is right though... this was just one of those games where you burn the film and move on like nothing happened. Lord knows UT has had their fair share of those type of games in the past 4-5 years.

Yeah we already knew we wouldn't be the same team without Nerlans on the floor but I didn't think it would be quite like that. I am still holding out hope that they may be able to pull together for the SEC tournament but its not looking good.
