I set up my 7D with 100-400L telephoto zoom at 400mm on New Year's Day. Dozens of songbirds were chowing down at my back yard feeder, so it was a good harvest of avian behavior. I posted this here rather than the video section because it relates more to birds and bird photography than it does to video effects.

The only significant post-processing I did was to convert the 60fps original footage into 24fps, generating a 2.5X slow-motion effect. This allows much better observation of the birds' behavior.
