When are you going?

NASCAR race weekend is 3/6-3/10 and you don't want to go anywhere near LV Blvd between the track and Nellis (which is the best spotting location for the north end) during that week.

The south end is harder but there are locations along Cheyenne Blvd that work.

If you manage to come during a Red Flag exercise, you'll get the bonus of foreign aircraft as well.

Going next 2/26-3/2 any good times to be on Cheyenne park?

Depends entirely on flight ops at Nellis and whether you want departure shots or recovery shots.

Thanks LV Moose for the video
I am heading down for the race next week, Friday by Gate 4 hopefuly shouldn't be too bad for traffic.
Have always watched the Nellis air traffic from the grandstand, will get some shots with any luck.
