My first attempt at a studio portrait. I am fortunate enough to have a large studio at my disposal with all kinds of lighting and back drop options etc... I have a large space in my home shop which I host the local photography club in weekly.

Anyway,
I have never been too much into portraits, at least not human kinds Just looking to see what you all think. Looking for constructive critique please.

It's a great shot. I want more...

I'm not sure why this isn't getting more comments -- great photo. The angle is definitely interesting as is the framing..the lighting seems to be on point, as well. I'm not sure I can find a flaw in it, personally.

I like this shot too. I might desat the reds a little and maybe just a touch of skin smoothing.....and I mean a little.

Pupils are really dilated. And for whatever reason I think the white undershirt really adds to this.

Thank you. Appreciate the response. I wasn't sure if it was my screen or what, but it seemed a bit red to me as well. I will desat it a bit. I noticed the pupils as well.
