all done with 5dmark11 mpe-65 mt-24,and a newport 423 linear stage,with micrometer,that just arrived in the mail a few days ago.

i,d say a few hours to take the shots,and at least a few more to process,and sometimes more to do a good job.i,m still learning the ropes here,and trying to teach myself to use zerene properly.

I routinely see live cells under the microscope using 10-100X eyepiece but these are something exciting specially captured by regular camera. Great work.
