Just saw this deal at Meade.
Would like to receive any input on the quality and price.
Seems like a good deal to have quality filter that reduce urban light to enhance nebula imaging.

L I N K (external link)

Its on close out sale with 50 percent discount.
Any thought on the filter is appreciated.

What camera are you using for imaging and is this for use with a scope or just a camera lens ? Just hold off on buying this before you hear from others here that use a different filter for their camera that produces some of the best images from a DSLR you can get . I know the filter but can't remember what it is called but someone will be along to tell which one it is . It's something like the Astronomic something or other .

Thanks for reply Ron.
One thing I am hearing about this filter is that it might be a SCT Filter to be fited in the rear threads of an SCT. I am in need of using filter for LX-200. I have both DSI dedicated camera and regular DSLR, also IR modified sensor DSLR. So if I can't use it on my glass or find a way to modify it into part of my optical chain, if would not be useful to me.
I am very eager to find what that filter is that you have in mind? Was price any close to this one? I am hearing people buying it at full price and current half price (That I believe lasts only for one week, seems temptating).
