Thanks for sharing... good advice. I have bought a lot of used lenses and never done the video, but that is an excellent idea. Its actually a great idea for the seller as well. If you video the lens going over it like he did, and then put it in the box and pack it without stopping the video, and put some kind of mark on the box that would be disrupted if it were repacked, you have at least something to fall back on if the buyer claims it was damaged.
